  • For large wholesale or freight shipments, tracking details may differ. Additional carrier updates will be provided upon request.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damages

  • Retail Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for proof.

  • Wholesale Orders: Inspect the package upon delivery. If damages are found, note them on the Bill of Lading before signing. Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may void your claim. Contact us immediately for assistance.

International Shipping
